Pasteurization

The bus sterilization line is a pasteurization equipment specially designed for filling or packaging products such as dairy products, fruit juice, beverages, beer, food, drugs, etc.

Model: TX-S03, overall dimension: 11000 * 1480 * 1400mm, effective dimension: 9500 * 720 * 150mm, water capacity: 4700L, voltage frequency: 308V/50HZ, power: 6KW, stepless speed regulation. Non-standard customization is available.

The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the conveyor belt of sterilization line is assembled with stainless steel chain and 304 plate punching and molding.

The imported proportional valve is used for heating to control the steam inlet and adjust the temperature balance. The high-pressure water pump makes the water cycle heating more energy-saving and scientific, and the temperature is accurate.

Sterilization temperature and speed are set according to process requirements.
