Steam generator, also known as steam heat source machine (commonly known as boiler), is a mechanical equipment that uses the heat energy of fuel or other energy to heat water into hot water or steam.

The parameter type is selected according to the actual use.

1. Boiler inspection and operation certificate free - the water volume of this product is less than 29.5L, and the pressure is 1.0/1.3/1.6MPa. Within the scope of boiler inspection free stipulated by the state, this type of boiler does not need to apply for boiler use certificate, annual boiler inspection, and personnel operation certificate, which is convenient and simple to use;

2. Multiple interlocking safety protection - electronic overpressure protection, mechanical safety valve overpressure protection, water shortage protection, leakage protection, overheat protection, burner flameout protection, water level logic error protection, etc;

3. The internationally advanced vertical tubular water tube boiler structure - the tubular boiler has no drum, and the boiler body is composed of upper and lower headers, tubes, etc., so it is one of the safe boiler structures of all boilers;

4. Equipped with integrated (energy saving+condensation) condensing heat exchanger - high temperature economizer and low temperature condenser are equipped for flue gas tail discharge. The flue gas temperature is as low as 65 ℃. The water vapor generated by natural gas combustion releases a large amount of high latent heat value. The boiler feed water absorbs this part of heat and enters the boiler with a thermal efficiency of more than 99%; The condensing heat exchanger is made of ND anti-corrosion steel, which is durable;

5. Steam generation in 2 minutes - tubular boiler has small structural water capacity, short steam starting time, and only takes 2 minutes to produce steam. It can reach the rated steam pressure in 4 minutes, and the use of steam is fast and flexible;

6. Innovative downcomer and water pipe layout - increased downcomer for water circulation to ensure reasonable water circulation of the boiler;

7. Humanized industrial appearance design - the appearance design is beautiful and compact, covers a small area, and is designed as a whole, which is extremely convenient for installation, maintenance and operation.
