The injected lubricating oil can further increase the air-tightness function to improve the volumetric efficiency of the air compressor.

Lubricating oil can reduce the noise caused by high-frequency compression.

During the use of the air compressor, the oil supply is foggy and fully mixed with the high-temperature compressed gas. The lubricating oil is heated and cooled repeatedly at a high circulating speed. At the same time, the water vapor and corrosive gas in the air accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil. Therefore, using synthetic lubricating oil can not only absorb a large amount of compression heat, but also the exhaust temperature is not too high, and there will be no friction between rotor and casing due to different thermal expansion coefficients
