How to prevent accidents in automatic production line

Almost all production accidents are caused by carelessness. If you are not familiar with the operation of the automatic production line, it is easy to cause production accidents if you are careless in the operation of the automatic production line. The automatic production line has strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure and easy maintenance, and can easily implement programmed control and automatic operation. Because of these advantages of automatic production line, it is easy to cause great adverse consequences due to production accidents. The causes of accidents in automatic production lines are as follows.

1、 Injuries in automatic production lines are mainly caused by illegal operation

1. Crossing the automatic production line in violation of regulations.

2. Violation of regulations on automatic production line.

3. Some automatic production lines can take people, but the offside protection device is not perfect.

4. Due to lax management, the automatic production line has broken or torn the belt, which can be divided into two reasons: due to the lack of strengthened management of the driver's post system, the belt has seriously deviated from the normal track without corresponding safety protection devices. Second, metal objects block the belt, or gangue directly hit the belt.

2、 Occurrence of belt fire accident in automatic production line.

In some accidents, there are many casualties in the belt fire accident. There are three factors: there is no complete protective device, the maintenance is sloppy, and the external environment causes friction between the belt and the drive drum, resulting in fire; Second, unqualified materials, such as hydraulic couplings, were used during the use process, resulting in the occurrence of fuel injection fire accidents; Third, the flame-retardant belt was not used in accordance with the relevant regulations, resulting in friction and fire.

3、 The belt of the automatic production line falls and slips. The reason why the belt slides is that the anti-skid facilities are not perfect enough, and the inclined roadway has a large inclination, which leads to overloading, leading to accidents; Belt slipping is mostly caused by large belt load or loose belt, or belt jamming.

Each of the above accidents of automatic production line will cause very serious consequences, even death. The prevention of accidents of automatic production line is the most important, and can be divided into two aspects:

1、 Improvement measures in automatic production line technology:

1. In order to prevent the automatic production line belt from catching fire, automatic shutdown can be added to the automatic production line, or automatic water spray can be added after slipping and heating to play a cooling role.

2. Calculate the inclination angle of the inclined lane of the conveyor in the automatic production line to see if the conditions for the belt to not slide are met. If the conditions are not met, the control equipment for the belt to slide can be added.

2、 Improvement measures in production management of automatic production line.

1. We should conscientiously implement the post responsibility system. Conduct business training for operators of automatic production line and strengthen management to improve business quality. Problems found should be improved in time.

2. The selection of materials for automatic production line should be scientific, and the hydraulic coupling and flame-retardant belt with qualified flame-retardant medium should be selected and used.

3. Professional personnel shall be arranged to regularly check and maintain the automatic production line to ensure the normal operation of the automatic production line.

4. The automatic production line shall be kept clean and free of water, sludge and impurities, and fire hoses and fire extinguishers shall be set.
