Usage of automatic meat grinder

Full-automatic meat grinder is a device for chopping (chopping) or mixing raw or cooked meat, fish, vegetables or similar foods. For example, it has replaced tools such as chopping knives, which have been used to produce minced meat and fillings. The producer puts the chopped food into a funnel, which is located on the top of the grinder. From here, the material enters the horizontal screw conveyor.

The screw conveyor is driven by an electric motor to flatten and partially mix food. At the end of the screw conveyor, a knife is directly installed in front of the fixed orifice plate. At this opening, the minced meat comes out of the machine. The fineness of meat depends on the size of the plate hole.

By changing the orifice plate, bread crumbs or sausage casings can also be produced. After falling from the lock carrier, the orifice plate can be replaced. The grinder can be removed for cleaning by removing the set screws. In addition to domestic manual or electric shredders, automatic meat grinder also has shredders for slaughterhouses (such as desktop or workshop shredders) and food industry. Some large machines can produce several tons per hour.
