The meat cutter is used for the cutting of boneless chicken fillet and snowflake chicken fillet. The boneless chicken fillet and snowflake chicken fillet slicer slice and slice any combination of equipment can evenly cut the meat into strips and blocks through multiple sets of disc knives, which is suitable for the cutting and processing of fresh or frozen raw materials such as pig beef and poultry meat. It can be connected with the slitter to produce strip or block products with the same size.

Precautions for operation of meat cutter are as follows:

1. Before use, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the machine voltage of the electric meat slicer.

2. Only when the ground wire is firmly connected can it be used.

3. The meat to be cut must not have bone chips, otherwise the blade will be damaged. It is forbidden to press the block directly by hand to ensure safety.

4. The idle time should not exceed 2 minutes to prevent the blade from burning due to friction and heat.

5. Before meat cutting, the meat should be boneless, and the electric meat slicer should cut the length and width smaller than the size of the feed opening.

6. It needs to be cleaned after each use. Take out the comb first, then clean all parts with hot water and apply edible oil to prevent rust.
